Welcome to the supporting consultation website regarding proposals for the former railway sidings, Stanway, Colchester
Hopkins Homes prides itself on developing exemplary schemes that respect the existing area. This development would feature our renowned high-quality design and attractive landscaping alongside improved public access to the area north of the railway, which is currently private land, creating an area of community woodland for the long term benefit of the locality.
Hopkins Homes is committed to working proactively with the local community to help realise the vision of the existing Development Brief.
