The Development Site

The development site consists of the 1960s office block known as Somerset House and the 1960s industrial warehouse, 14 Elmtree Road, which has been unoccupied for two years.

Large numbers of HGVs together with high level of traffic generation from this commercial use are known to have caused congestion and parking problems around this residential neighbourhood in the past
