The Proposal Site

The proposed development site consists of the 1960's office block known as Somerset House, which is currently half occupied and the 1960's industrial warehouse, 14 Elmtree Road, which has been unoccupied for almost two years.

Large numbers of HGV's together with high level of traffic generation from this commercial use is known to have caused congestion and parking problems around this residential neighbourhood in the past
