UPDATE: On 26 September the Council approved plans for the roller shutter and entrance gates.
In March 2011, Ashill Developments was granted permission to redevelop 14 Elmtree Road and Somerset House in Teddington with 58 quality new homes, with a mix of houses and apartments.
Linden Homes South East (part of the Galliford Try group) is the development partner and will be building the homes in association with Ashill Developments. Although the development will commence under the current planning permission, we are looking to make some minor amendments to the scheme. For further details, please see the Latest Amendments page.
