Ashill Developments is proposing to redevelop the dated Somerset House and 14 Elmtree Road in Teddington. The proposals aim to replace the existing commercial buildings, which are completely out of character with the area, with a sensitive residential development.

The plans propose the introduction of 62 quality new homes with a mix of houses and apartments. The scheme would provide one, two, three and four bed properties, both private and affordable.
