Who are Linden Homes?

Linden Homes forms part of the national housebuilding arm of Galliford Try plc; one of the UK’s largest housebuilding and construction companies. Linden Homes operates across the country; this development is managed by the South East regional division, based in Caterham. 

As an award winning housebuilder, Linden Homes has an attention to detail and places much emphasis on the design quality of all its homes and developments. This is supported by a strong commitment to consultation and we have a proud record of engagement working with the communities in which we operate nationwide. 

In the last ten years, the quality of our homes has been recognised through a number of awards and this has placed us amongst the best in the industry.  In 2010, Linden Homes was recognised as the Best Large Housebuilder at the national Housebuilding Awards.
