Havard Tisdale has acquired an interest for a new neighbourhood centre in Cheswick Village and is hoping to submit a planning application to redevelop this site with a new high quality neighbourhood centre.
Havard Tisdale firmly believes in consulting local communities regarding its development proposals and has commenced a pre-application consultation programme. The aim is to informal local people, as well as obtain valuable local feedback, which where possible will be incorporated into the final proposals.
A
public exhibition displaying the preliminary proposals was held on
Monday 12 December 2011. More information about the plans displayed at the public exhibition can be found in the

Following pre-application consultation with the local community about its preliminary plans, Havard Tisdale is very pleased to announce that it has submitted a full planning application to South Gloucestershire Council for a new local centre at Cheswick Village.
