CALA, a privately-owned house builder, was founded in 1875 in Scotland and has been building homes in the south east of England for over thirty years. Typically, its individually designed high quality homes are respectful of the local environment, with contemporary internal home comforts.

CALA takes its public consultation seriously, and has been hosting events such as the ones proposed for Brookwood Farm for many years, embracing the latest government guidance on public consultation.

The community will have three opportunities to help shape this scheme at community consultation events, as well as chances to feedback through other mediums and to view plans at static displays.
