Update: Plans submitted to South Gloucestershire Council

McCarthy & Stone is pleased that following consultation with the local community, Bradley Stoke Town Council and key representatives, a planning application has been submitted to South Gloucestershire Council to develop land on Savages Wood Road with much needed, high quality specialist accommodation for older people in Bradley StokeMcCarthy & Stone, award winning developers of high quality private retirement homes, has recently required an interest in the above site. McCarthy & Stone is proposing to redevelop the site with much needed, high quality accommodation for older people and importantly, proposes to include an affordable housing aspect to the development.

It is McCarthy & Stone's aim to provide a sensitively designed development which will be of benefit to the local community and develop in an area close to local services.
