UPDATE: Public Exhibition held on Tuesday 19 July

Hopkins Homes' held a public exhibition of its proposals, for the Barrow community, on Tuesday 19 July 2011. A copy of the materials displayed at the public exhibition can now be found on the Proposals  page.  

Welcome to Hopkins Homes' website for its proposals to introduce a development on land at Barrow Hill in Barrow.

Hopkins Homes prides itself on developing well designed schemes respecting and enhancing the character of the existing area. The plans, which are at an early stage, seek to introduce a sensitive residential scheme with a mix of two, three and four bed homes alongside new recreational open space. The development would help to support local services and facilities as well as deliver a proportion of affordable housing to meet local housing needs.

Hopkins Homes is committed to consulting the communities in which it works and is keen that the final development is shaped by local comment wherever possible. As part of this process, Hopkins Homes invited the Barrow community to a public exhibition of its proposals on Tuesday 19 July 2011 at Barrow Village Hall, The Street, Barrow. Members of the Hopkins Homes project team were on hand to talk through the display material and answer any questions.
